Sellers must provide: • Valid identity proof • Business address and contact • GSTIN if turnover exceeds threshold (as per GST law) • Product details including accurate price, weight, origin, expiry (if applicable) Sellers are solely responsible for: • Product legality and quality • Issuing valid invoices • Paying applicable taxes (GST, TDS if applicable) • Handling buyer complaints in line with marketplace policy

Buyers are entitled to: • Transparent product pricing • Right to return/refund as per policy • Raise grievances against seller or platform • Fair dispute resolution
